BREAKING NEWS - Bradford Law School is the top regional Law School!
The National Student Satisfaction Survey 2008/2009 results were announced on the 29th September 2009 and Bradford Law School achieved the highest level of satisfaction amongst students of all regional law schools (measured against University of Hull, University of Leeds, University of Bradford, University of Huddersfield, Sheffield Hallam, Manchester Metropolitan University and Leeds Metropolitan University).
Bradford Law School is pleased to announce that 100% of our student respondents are satisfied that:
- Staff are good at explaining
- Staff make the subject interesting
- The course is intellectually stimulating
Individual comments included:
“We were always welcome to go to [the lecturers] with any queries for the work or if we had a personal issue we could go to them”
“The tutors are brilliant”
“The whole experience has been great. The tutors have been fantastic, they`ve pushed me to improve myself over the three years, I couldn`t ask for more”.
“The course is delivered in a positive way. In a basic way that you can understand. If you don`t understand, the teachers are always there to help you”.
“The course has been very well organised”.
100% of our students also said that they were able to “access general IT resources when they needed to”.
95% of students were satisfied with the teaching on their Law course.
Other noteworthy aspects of the course producing a 90% satisfaction rate are that the timetables and course are well organised and staff are easily contactable.
All demonstrating that our smaller size, personal touch and open door policy are a hit with our students!

Bradford Law School's brightest stars were honoured at the Law Awards Evening in May 2010.
BREAKING NEWS - Bradford Law School wins Bradford College "Team of the Year" award!
It was announced on 22nd February 2010 that Bradford Law School has won the Bradford College - Team of the Year award as voted for by Bradford College staff and students. Programme Manager Darran Chapple said "we are delighted to win this award in recognition of our hard work, quality of provision and support for our students. What is particularly pleasing is that this award was voted for by our students and peers!"
BREAKING NEWS - CLC Students Excel
Bradford Law School is also proud to announce that our CLC (Council for Licensed Conveyancers) course continues to go from strength to strength - and has achieved a 100% pass rate in Contract Law, Land Law and Conveyancing in 2008/9. The Council commended Bradford College on the excellent results.
In 2009/10, CLC students again raised the bar with 100% pass rate in Contract and Land!
Breaking News - Former Law School student nominated for Junior Lawyer of the Year 2009
Former student Balaal Khan, who graduated from Bradford law School with an LLB (Hons) in 2004, has been shortlisted for the prestigous award of Junior Lawyer of the Year by the Law Society Excellence Awards! 
Since studying at the Law School Balaal has worked towards a successful career training at Khan Solicitors Ltd in Criminal Defence work and becoming police station accredited. He also undertakes voluntary work and is a Parish Councillor. When interviewed about his great accomplishment Balaal said "I would highly recommend everyone to study at Bradford College due to the excellent support provided and the friendly staff. The LLB Degree is the foundation course required to embark on a career within the legal field and with all successful structures the foundation has to be made perfectly strong!"
